Who I Work With

Everyone else seems to have a system. You have chaos, and from the outside, you still look fine. Maybe your grades are still B's, so nobody around you thinks anything is wrong. Maybe you're the one who translates everything for your family: paperwork, doctor's visits, the emotional weight nobody else carries. Maybe you're not in crisis. You just don't recognize who you are right now, and that feels like it shouldn't count enough to ask for help. Or maybe you're the first person in your family to do any of this: succeeding by every measure anyone can see, and still guessing.

I work with teens 16 and up, college students, and young adults who are in the middle of becoming and finding that harder than they expected. Anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, identity questions, life transitions: often it's not just one thing. It's everything at once.

Many of my clients are bicultural or first-generation, moving between worlds and figuring out where they fit. Others are immigrants and refugees navigating the emotional weight of displacement, cultural adjustment, and building a new life while holding onto where they came from.

I also work with parents who need support staying grounded while showing up for their child, and with new and expecting moms. I have training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, and I offer joint parent-and-teen sessions when it helps to work on things together. More about support for moms and parents →

Whatever brought you here, this is a space where all of it belongs.

My Approach

I'm not going to ask how that makes you feel and leave it there. We dig in: what's driving it, what's keeping it stuck, and what actually helps. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and warm, the kind of space where you can actually exhale.

I'm trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, with specialized training in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) and ADHD. That means you get a therapist who knows how to work with trauma and ADHD, not just someone who's familiar with them. But the tools only work if the relationship does. What matters most is what we build together.

Sessions are grounded and get to the point, but there's room to laugh, to breathe, and to show up exactly as you are. You'll leave with a clearer sense of yourself and a concrete next step, not just a good conversation.

Over time, the fog lifts. Deadlines stop feeling impossible. You catch yourself feeling like you again: not fixed, just clearer.
